CCTV is staffed by part time employees that dedicate many hours every week to ensure that the community is provided with the programming that we offer. There is a lot of work that is done behind the scenes that each staff member specializes at.

JEFFERY SMITH, STATION MANAGER

Jeffery came to CCTV in 2009 as Playback Operator. He brought with him a large amount of television production experience from his time at a PEG facility in Battle Creek, where he taught an after-school video production program for at-risk teens. He also worked at a CBS affiliate here in Cadillac as a Production Specialist, running cameras, editing and providing graphics for their newscasts. Since his involvement at CCTV, he has revamped the Bulletin Board system, taped many local events, including sports and government meetings, as well as helping to develop our new website. He is the administrator of our FaceBook page and brought LIVE STREAMING of CCTV content to the web, as well as the Video On Demand selection of City Council Meetings to the internet. Still in charge of playback operations, he was promoted to Station Manager when the City of Cadillac took over operations of CCTV in July of 2010.

ERIC SEITTER, TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Eric has been with the station as our Technical Director since early 2007. He is actively working to bring innovative new programming to our station, as well as improve the quality of existing programming. Eric has a degree from Michigan Technological University, and is a long-time Cadillac resident, having resided here for the past ten years. When he finds free time, Eric enjoys photography, computers, and cooking.

JED RAYBOULD, PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

Jed has been with the station since his freshman year of high school. He was a student of the TV Production/TV Techniques class for 2 years. Jed received credit for shooting school concerts and basketball games. During the summer of 1996 he became an employee of CCTV (Then TV2). Currently Jed covers most political meetings, including Cadillac Planning Meetings, Courthouse Hill Historict Disctric Meetings, Cadillac City Council Meetings and much more.
